Al Hatton

Al started Quality Patterns as a pattern shop in 1984. since then, he has grown the company to as many as 12 skilled employees, all with varying expertise.

Todd Hatton

Todd has been with the company since he was 14 yrs old. That is over 24 yrs of manufacturing experience. Todd is project manager and engineer for patterns.

Dan Young

Dan started for Quality Patterns in 2002. He is a 1993 Graduate of Fox Valley Technical Collage, in Machine Tool program. He currently is project manager and sales for the welding fixtures.

Don Duffeck

Don has been with Quality since 2004. He is our resident welder. Certified in welding, he has helped build most all the welding fixtures that come through the shop.

Jennifer Hatton

The glue that keeps this place around. You will find Jennifer most days in the front office keeping track of the important paper work that comes through this facility and answering phones.
