CAD/ CAM Programming

Our engineers use state of the art software. This allows them to work at a faster rate to complete jobs quickly and most efficient way possible. We can check clearance issues on screen prior to production. Also enables us to order material in cut to size and processed saving time and money on the project. Our central location allows AHQP to buy from local suppliers that have quick turn around, allowing for tighter deadlines.

Romer Portable CMM Checking

Cimcore and Power Inspect have a nice system for quality assurance programs. The Romer can travel to your sight and with the use of a laptop, check existing fixtures and completed parts for qualifying. All fixtures come with a final layout report for your records.
